We offer a 14-day exchange policy for unused items with original tags and receipts. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
